What are your plans after high school?

I will be attending Lansing Community College for 2 years to get my basics. Then I am transferring to Middle Tennessee State University to get my bachelor of science degree in photography and media arts.

Describe your Senior Portrait Experience with Photography by Kim?

My personal experience with Photography by Kim Smith was FANTASTIC! I first heard of Kim when I was looking through my choices of photographers to take my senior pictures. I had seen that Kim was look for Senior Model Representatives for the Class of 2019. So I looked through all of Kim's work she has done and I fell in love with all of it. So I filled out the application to become a model representative and I got in. I was nervous to get my pictures done because I had never had my pictures taken professionally. But as soon as I got to Kim's studio I fell in love. All of her outdoor sets and indoor sets were beautiful. When my mom and I got there Kim welcomed us inside and explained some things to us and made us feel very welcome. I had a huge variety of pictures to chose from which was awesome but hard at the same time. It was hard because all of the pictures were so good we had a tough time only choosing a few to keep.  Kim and her studio inspire me a lot because after high school I plan to become a professional photographer as well. Seeing her studio and her work makes me want to accomplish that dream even more. She had mentioned that it has been a long 14 years to get her studio as amazing as it is, and to me that is dedication and hard work. Kim has a very large variety of products to purchase from at different prices which was great for my family. I have a very large family so trying to figure out what size and photo each family member wanted was too much of a hassle. So we went with the 20 digital pictures on a hard drive. In that package it came with 5x7 of each of the pictures I chose to keep, a metal tin that has my favorite picture from my session, and then on the hard drive itself it had my name and class of 2019 engraved onto it. The time for Kim to edit my pictures and have my order ready was speedy fast. I feel like it flew by and didn't seem like I had to wait that long for them to come in. Overall I would 10/10 recommend Photography by Kim Smith to anyone looking for their senior pictures to be taken.
